      > Shin Jong-o was „found unconscious around 1:00 a.m. … at the Seoul High Court building,“ an investigator at Seocho district police station said.

      > Shin was taken to hospital and pronounced dead, he said, adding: „There is no sign of foul play in the death.“

Obviously in different ways, but both South Korea and Russia feel like examples of how American society will evolve if we don’t course correct.

How old was the judge? The age of the defendant is listed, but not that of the judge.

Hard to see it being worth killing a judge for increasing a sentence by 28 months.

      >Shin Jong-oh, who was found with severe injuries on the ground near the Seoul High Court, had a suicide note in his pocket, police say

      >Shin Jong-oh, who had overturned a lower court’s not guilty verdict and imposed a harsher sentence on Kim, was discovered with severe injuries in a flower bed near the Seoul High Court building in Seocho district, southern Seoul.

      >“It is true that an apparent suicide note was found in his pocket,” an officer at Seocho Police Station told This Week in Asia. The note reportedly included phrases such as “I am sorry” and “I am leaving of my own accord”.

      Some more details…

I’ve mowed through enough Korean dramas and manhwa to know exactly what happened.

Shin Jong-oh beat himself to death, dumped his body into a flower bed outside the courthouse, and then wrote a suicide note saying he was leaving this world voluntarily… seems legit

So, could they throw out the ruling, saying the guy was super depressed and not in the right state of mind? I feel like that’s the next step.

Investigate and figure out who ordered this, then jail them too. No one should get away with shit like this, especially the wealthy and powerful

    13. The judge slipped from a banana peel. Just a coincidence, That’s all.🫩

Before she was pushed out the window by persons unknown, she took a moment to leave a note…….

      Uh-huh. Right.

    15. “Must have felt guilty about doubling her time that he took his own life. Well case closed. No need to do an autopsy or dust for prints!”

    16. Gee, that’s not suspicious at all huh? Sounds like the ex first lady’s sentence was more than justified.
