No to this woman. That said, when corporate power, coercion, and alleged exploitation show up in the same story, it’s less about shock value and more about how accountability systems fail when influence gets too concentrated.

Either way, it’s a reminder that “elite misconduct” isn’t a genre, it’s a pattern that only gets clarity when evidence, not headlines, does the talking.

Do we have any evidence of this at all? I feel like JP Morgan is entangled enough with massive politics that it’s possible this whole thing is fabricated. I’m definitely not saying it’s fabricated, but if 6 million documents isn’t enough to even bring charges against a rapist what do we have here by comparison.

    3. The original suit was withdrawn, but according to the article has been refiled due to third party witness testimony.

Ugh, that Daily star article is so damn ugly (which is par for the course). What is the relevance of his fathers house being worth 1.75 million??? Obviously they are trying to get readers to hate the accuser and label him as a rich kid. This is effed up and proof that we need to do better as a society.

    5. That is a doubtful news source and considering the last allegations were apparently just lies spreaded by a former employee, I would consider this with high suspicion

**WARNING: DO NOT CLICK THROUGH TO ARTICLE!**

(I suppose daily star is a „real“ periodical, but their website tried to check if I was a bot and told me to click „approve“ if I was not a bot. The approve button wasn’t a bot check; it was going to approve the request to give me push notifications. Either DailyStar is being shady or they have been compromised.)

If the area had been designated as a smoking zone would that change the headline? I’m confused here
