Japanese consul is probably gonna say they are either zainichi or shin-kakyo, Japanese only on paper but not by ethnicity, so they can maintain the clean image of the great Yamato race.
Not so long ago I got a call from a Thai country code. It was a Japanese person, or at least someone with perfectly fluent and natural Japanese. They said they were from my bank and asked me to confirm my name and birthday. I told them I would check their website and call the customer service phone number there, and they hung up on me. I wonder if they got that guy!
Malaysia should really be stricter with those rule-breaking foreigners type shit
