      The url is „met-gala-celebs-protesting“, yet literally none of these mentioned are absent due to any protest. Meryl Streep never went, Billy Porter was not invited due to previously calling Wintour a bitch, Blake Lively was actually there, while others were simply busy with tours.

      Screw bezos and completely disgusting people still buy from him and talk about it and think they’re soooo cool. Disgustingg. But that said like why were we into these celebrities going to the met gala in the first place??? Isn’t met problematic af just on its own??

      Beyoncé, Blake, Sarah Paulson, Joe Alwyn, Teyana Taylor, Gigi Hadid, Stevie Nicks, etc etc

      Can we please understand that this isn’t a list of good people, this is a list of people who didn’t want to go, couldn’t or… weren’t even invited in the first place.

      You know the met gala used to be the big staff party and anyone who knew a staff member could go? Yeah, these parties used to actually be fun.

      Except 2019, that shit was straight up hilarious. Cardinals and bishops running from all the gay men dressed as priests.

      Id care if any of the celebs didnt go in support of the ALU. But it seems even if they were in support, no one went on record or said anything to pressure billionaire daddy bezos.
