Hallo zusammen, ich habe das Fenster heute Morgen geöffnet, indem ich es versehentlich seitlich aufgestoßen habe, während ich versucht habe, nur das obere Fenster zu öffnen, und jetzt steckt es in der offenen seitlichen und oberen Position fest und der Griff lässt sich nicht nach oben bewegen, sondern nur seitwärts und nach unten (aber nicht vollständig). Wenn ich versuche, das Fenster zuzudrücken, verhindern die Scharniere, dass es auf der Seite ohne Griff vollständig schließt. Ich kann den Griff nicht bewegen und habe Angst, dass ich ihn kaputtmache, wenn ich es weiter versuche. Ich habe versucht, nach einem Rückstellhebel oder -knopf zu suchen, kann aber keinen an diesem Fenster finden. Was kann ich tun? Irgendwelche Vorschläge? Bin ich völlig am Arsch? Bilder davon, wie das Fenster feststeckt und wie die Seiten aussehen. Danke

Ah, you encountered a wild German tilting window in it’s state of metamorphosis. /s
Usually the way to fix this is to push the window into the tilted position (so push the left bottom all the way to the frame. Then you should be able to move the handle in the position for tilting it.
Then you should be able to fully close it again and it is back operational.
Set the handle sideways, push the window close, set the handle top and your back in the regular tilt position. Now push the top close and move the handle down and voila the window is fully closed again
Your neighbours can fix it in seconds.
Skill issue
Have you attempted closing it as far as possible and moving the handle around? With my windows this does the job. Also take a look if all of the latches are moving, because something could have broken.
