      Does the Turkey government understand that it cannot be a member of the E.U if it’s military is occupying another E.U member?

      I’m Turkish and I don’t think there has ever been a period of history when our country was considered normal by any standards lol. A new irony pops up here every day. Northern Cyprus is not even useful to us yet we can’t drop it since it would likely cause another problem such as us not being able to take 300k people to Turkey, we wouldn’t even be able to convince them to come here.

      I don’t think EU will open doors even Turkey solves Cyprus issue. EU is an unofficial Club of Christianity. Turkey will never be a member unless their population convert to Christianity. This is a fact.
