I think it’s hilarious that Fox News tried to use the first amendment as a defense, as if that protects you from being sued in any way in a defamation case 😂
The best thing about this will be all the texts of the fox news people knowingly lying on air and how much they ACTUALLY hate Trump.
Surviving a motion to dismiss in a defamation case is a huge hurdle. The discovery phase is going to be incredibly revealing for everyone involved.
