I think Mark Carney has ambitions to one day be the defacto leader of the EU
It’s incredible how much changing the leader has changed the tone of world opinion about Canada. Carney has been racking up wins that Trudeau could have had if only he had taken the initiative. At least we’re making up for lost time.
carney is excellent at making the neo-liberal elite happy and saying what they want to hear.
He wants that. I fully expect him to leave for Europe after his first term.
Canada and the EU are a failed venture. The mids decided to get together and turn it into a socialist utopia with 0 productivity and economic growth.
