Sucks to be him now must be in anxiety from hell reading this
What he did doesn’t seem right and there are probably better ways to solve it, but I do wonder what did he mean by „trust has been broken“ and whether something happened or he just needed an excuse and didn’t want to debut there for other reasons

The weight of a contract is not light at all. And with only a few months left before debut, that kind of behavior causes enormous damage to the company, everyone involved, and the staff as a whole. Especially judging from the news, it seems to be a small to mid-sized agency, and the schedules planned around the debut period and the investments tied to them must have been huge. I genuinely do not understand how someone could act so irresponsibly without considering how they were supposed to deal with all of that.

It’ll be a big damage to other members left behind.

Pretty stupid of him to not bail out the country immediately

Considering that the company removed and replaced two of the members after telling them they made it to the debut lineup, I’m guessing the guy had valid reasons to leave.
He only owes 39,000 so if he has got a new company, hopefully they can settle the debt for him and he can repay them instead.
