Isn’t it quaint that there are people who think that Congress still has relevance? It’s only an entire branch of the legacy, pre-dictatorship federal government.

Bypassing oversight for arms deals is always where trust starts to erode. Even if the goal is strategic, the process matters just as much.

    3. Imagine if the administration fought this hard to help working class families, what a difference that’d make!

Wow, nothing more Murica then creating the problem, yourself, before selling the solution as fake safety net, but in true it will most likely cause further damage to both sides in the next decades.

Hope they don’t pay the US upfront for weapons. That money will be in an offshore account before you can say “where are my guns”?

Pedophile Trump and the GOP have added over 25% of our 39 trillion debt in Trumps corrupt and criminal presidencies alone.

    7. If democrats don’t go this hard to help people…. F Congress, fund free day care. F Congress, fund tax relief for low and middle class. F Congress, health care for all.

    8. Johnson will go down as the weakest speaker in history. He must be very proud.

If Congress is irrelevant now, then let’s officially stop paying their salaries

Let’s replace the entire Congress with AI since clearly they can’t do absolutely nothing

So I guess there’s no real laws for the president? Everything is honor system and if you have no honor… no problem. What an absolute joke of a country America has become. Next step, aligning with your favorite nation, Russia. Hes mimicking Putin in every way possible.

    12. Fun fact, Ronald Regan’s campaign manager asked Iran to let go of the hostages after we was sworn in to make it look like Regan victory. In Return they illegal sold weapons to Iran.

Why does a Republican president have to bypass a GOP-controlled House and Senate for these arms sales? Just asking the questions

Congress is irrelevant. Should be disbanded to save the money. The US should call Trump his royal majesty and call it a day. What a joke.

From where?  US ordinance is at critical levels, and shortage on materials to make more…

    16. This means hostilities with Iran are definitely still terminated, right? /s

Is that part of the $25B price tag Kegsbreath quoted the war is costing or is that the tax of the bill?

    18. Because arming the Middle East works so well for everybody’s interests right? That’s worked so well… there are just so many examples, too may to name I think /s

But no money for Ukraine hahaha ha America you are a pathetic excuse for a country. You aren’t even a functioning democracy anymore.

    20. What gets me, is the supposed dumbest member of the Senate (Tuberville) found a way to single-handedly block military promotions for like 18 months while Biden was President.

We have all these purportedly smart people in the house and senate and none of them can at least find a way to **force a vote** on these arms sales?? If nothing else, make the republicans sign their names to this.

    21. „And while the biggest arms dealer in the world is your boss, the President of the United States, who ships more merchandise in a day than I do in a year…“
