Yes? The whole hatred towards foreigners can lead to random acts of violence, that’s the whole point of opposing such narrative. However, LDP’s supreme leaders don’t care about that petty stuff, they ride the hate wave themselves, otherwise they’d be the ones hated for all the stupid shit they did so far.
It’s almost like that’s the exact outcome the people spreading the hate wants.

My grandfather lived under Jim Crow. One of his earliest memories was of a pogrom against the black community. They dragged one of his neighbors from the house kicking and screaming and pleading for his life. Kid was like 7, his cousin and his cousin’s friend tweens. A while before, a little white girl got hit by a stray baseball and began to cry. The white boys who’d been playing with them didn’t wanna get in trouble, so they blamed it all on the black boys. It snowballed into a wild story about black men marching on the town to rape every white woman and cannibalize every white child.
