In einer Rede vor der Presse vor dem Weißen Haus jammerte Trump, er dürfe sich nicht an die War Powers Resolution von 1973 halten, die vom Präsidenten verlangt, seine Streitkräfte nach 60 Tagen aus einem Konflikt abzuziehen, es sei denn, der Kongress erklärt den Krieg oder genehmigt eine Verlängerung.

So the 60th day is up and nothing happeneed.
This is the story of the U.S State. All these apparent rules are nothing but pretense and propaganda.
All Trump has to do is make up some story, and nothing will happen to him or the regime.

Has he never heard that The Founding Fathers were quite keen on „Checks and Balances“. In order to prevent the President or somebody else becoming a rogue, mad, dictator like King George III?

Perhaps he ought to read the constitution, Article I, Section 8, Clause 11:
[The Congress shall have Power . . . ] To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water; . . .
