
Viele große Unternehmen in Japan haben eine ungeschriebene Regel, dass Mitarbeiter mindestens das Niveau „MÄRZ“ haben müssen (die privaten Universitäten Meiji, Aoyama, Rikkyo, Chuo und Hosei in Tokio), um eingestellt zu werden. Der Wert eines Abschlusses einer niedrigeren Universität ist fraglich.

I’m at a blue chip company and so few of my colleagues are from these schools, much less have overseas experience. Wait…that explains a lot…
Its not really a “japanese“ thing and its not something new per say, its a common recruitment filter for large cooperation with large amount of applicants. if one doesn’t think FAANGS have this unwritten rule, you’re wrong.
