      China has about 40 days of oil reserves left. It also takes about 20-25 days for oil to get from Saudi to China.

      So around the last week of May things should start to get clearer on what the future will look like.

      Do y’all think will China give in?

      Its all good and well US‘ flipping and flopping on Hormuz as the rest of the world slips ever deeper into energy crises. The recession will be squarly on this administration, no amount of open market operation will save the US or the world from structural deficite of supply.

      Trump has a few views which haven’t changed over the years. Iran and Russia being two people are misunderstanding. I feel like markets are underpricing oil at the moment. We should be at $120 going towards $160. Working on false assumptions. Look at Trump past behaviour he always goes for 11. No guardrails now. Only need look at attack on Iran for proof.

      Americans think they can outlast the Iranians. Iranian revolutionary guard think they can outlast the Americans. Survival at all costs against punishment at all costs.

      Will this economic blockage work? History shows it will be slow and maybe. Thing is Iran has cross border trade routes with Turkey and others.
