„The View“-Moderator ist verblüfft darüber, wie viele Leute denken, dass die Dreharbeiten zum WHCD inszeniert waren | Ana Navarro kritisierte den Präsidenten auch dafür, dass er die Schießerei nutzte, um für den Bau seines Ballsaals zu werben.

I wasn’t convinced it was fake until I saw the ridiculous thing that they’re claiming to be the shooter’s Manifesto. How many assassins manifestos begin with „Hi everybody!“ Like he’s the bad doctor from The Simpsons?

  2. epicgrilledchees on

Was she also floored by people not believing the little boy who cried wolf? Ridiculous.

  3. 100% staged. You aren’t talking about the disaster that is Iran. You aren’t talking about Trump fucking kids! You aren’t talking about Trump trying to steal $10 Billion+ from the American people. These things will keep happening.

  4. pizzlepullerofkberg on

Trump and MAGA have zero credibility, it’s not unreasonable to mistrust them

  5. It’s telling that no one cares and think it’s fake. This president has completely eroded trust and that is equally as bad if not worse than the political violence he might be facing. But no, it’s us that is the problem. F-that. This is the bed they made.

  6. floored about what exactly? when all you do is lie 24/7/365 and promote whack ass conspiracy theories non-stop, eventually people stop believing anything evenly remotely about you.

  7. better_every_day14 on

At this point it doesn’t matter if it was real or fake. Trump has cried wolf too many times and now no one believes him. My first instinct when he says anything is to assume it is a lie, a response that has been developed over years of bullshit.

I just want to remind everybody that MAGA’s usual reaction to democrats being assaulted/killed is „It didn’t happen. And if it happened, they deserve it.“

If you act like a psyco towards others, don’t complain when others return the favor

  9. Maybe if Trump didn’t immediately use the shooting to justify the ballroom people wouldn’t be so skeptical.

  10. BarbarianCarnotaurus on

I just love how he and his mouthpieces are screaming for the ballroom when their staged antics prove they don’t need it for security purposes. The “shooter” was stopped before getting close to anything.

    “There will be shots fired”

The president’s own press secretary shortly before the incident.

  12. MrMansaMusa on

Well maybe dont have a reporter say „there will be shots fired“ before any shooter was present….

  13. tallslim1960 on

Not saying it was or wasn’t but it’s an odd coincidence that dozens of pro Trumpers posted the same „scripted“ remark about needing a ballroom shortly after it. Almost like they got an email telling them what to post. Nah, that couldn’t have happened, right?

  14. Responsible-Middle35 on

Stupid take when she said no one suspected Reagan. That’s cause he was actually shot, genius. He didn’t smack a bandaid over his lung for a week and go play golf.

  15. Skittleavix on

If you believe any single thing this regime says or publishes at face value then you are quite literally the problem.

I feel like no matter you’re party affiliation, no matter how much you’re loved, admired, loathed, hated etc if you are the POTUS there’s a lot of wack jobs out there that want to kill you, its just how it is. The secret services job is to keep those people and their guns far far far away from you. There’s probably tons of credible threats to every president you don’t hear about because the threat is stopped way before it becomes a juicy news story..

With this president people seem to be getting fairly close to him with weapons. Shit one guy almost pulled it off, granted he wasn’t president at the time but he was under protection.. these are things that just make you go hmmm.

  17. jpstepancic on

You can’t be surprised that’s the sentiment when the guy spent years saying everything we heard on the news was fake. Here we are.

  18. Manya_Novak on

Mr. „Fake News“ has no one to blame but himself for anyone thinking this is staged.

  19. highandinarabbithole on

She’s a moron if she thinks it was real, or she’s on the payroll.

  20. RVAforthewin on

Gosh, it’s almost like if you behave like a buffoon and everything out of your mouth is either a lie, hyperbole, or decisive rhetoric, folks tend to not trust you.

  21. AsteroidMike on

She’ll have to forgive us if we’re all a bit skeptical since the last assassination attempt had all the signs of being a con job, too

  22. ReleaseObjective on

Oh so you’re saying the administration that heavily espoused fake news propaganda suddenly wants us to trust news?

I don’t care anymore. This is the administration of reality TV. I didn’t trust it before, I really don’t trust it now.

  23. I wouldn’t think it was faked, staged, if it were the one and only time that he ever faced an assassination attempt. But he’s faced more assassination attempts in the past two years than most people do in a lifetime! It’s ridiculous! And you would think, after all those many assassination attempts, that security would be really, really, really, super duper secure. Not something that allows someone to mosey in, spend the night, “shoot” at the president, and then sprint down the hall like he’s reliving Chariots of Fire.

  24. totes_muhh_goats on

Have they never heard the boy who cried wolf? A normal level headed person would be skeptical of someone who lies non stop.

  25. SuccessfulSpring3354 on

The bigger frustration is that the WHCD was timed perfectly to expose the Donald’s cognitive decline and increasingly petulant raving that has worsened. He would have totally bombed and it would have been another step towards humanity accepting that he is mentally toast. Instead, whether staged or convenient, it prevented the disaster of the Donald actually insulting a room full of reporters/’journalists‘ and the subsequent video making the rounds of social media. He still managed to tantrum at Nora over the ‚manifesto‘ which didn’t do him any favors.

  26. DramaticStability on

The problem isn’t that a lot of people think the shorting was faked, it’s that this is all deliberate. Trump’s AI videos and alternative facts are all part of the same plot to make everything questionable. It sets them up for future deniability.

  27. Everyone thinks this one is staged because the last one in hindsight was obviously staged. At the very least lied through their teeth that Trump and his magic ear got shot.

  28. antifolkhero on

It’s „the boy who cried wolf“ made manifest by an untrustworthy actor.

  29. It’s more telling that Ana can’t understand that people just don’t care.
How can anybody in media be surprised by this result?
Maybe the people on TV are the ones really detached from reality.

  30. Trump immediately going to yhe point of his need for the lunatic ballroom right after the incident is a big reason why many people think the whole thing was a false flag.
