Finding a nontoxic alternative to both asphalt and tires will eliminate many of our health and environmental issues.

I wonder if that algae option needs to be worked in during laying, or if it could just be sprayed over already existing asphalt. And if introducing a new algae all over the place would have any consequences down the line or not
