The authoritarian fallacy. If you have no wealth of opinions and ideas to consider, you are going to fail quite a bit because no single person is never wrong. Shooting from the hip means you miss a lot of times on the mark/intended target. Having no alternative views expressed that would go against the path that was chosen can lead to bad results.
