
Seit gestern starten die JNIM (Al-Qaida) in Weiß und die Azawad-Separatisten in Grün eine Offensive, vorerst im Norden des Landes.
Die Azawad-Separatisten haben Kidal eingenommen, eine wichtige Stadt und sozusagen eine Hochburg der malischen Regierung.
Auch der Verteidigungsminister Sadio Camara starb während der Offensive. Nach Angaben der malischen Regierung hat sich die Lage seitdem stabilisiert.

This is the second time an al-Qaeda offshoot faction, did a lighting offensive with help of a secular faction to take power.
