Yakgwa (약과). Its a spiced dough that is pressed into a mold, fried, and dunked in syrup
It seems like the `동화씨앤에프 아리랑 한입참 우리쌀약과` product is this one.

I brought these to my coworkers when I was at UCLA, and the younger Korean-Americans I was working with complained that it was „old people food.“ But then my boss‘ boss brought me some from her Dad’s church and all was forgiven. I know it had a moment a few years ago though?
it’s definitely delicious, but don’t eat it too often. It’s packed with carb and fat lol

That’s a plastic wrapper! They come in different shapes and colors. I usually throw them away but sometimes i really can’t help myself and just snack all of it. Kinda hard to chew though.

When i was a kid, i used to munch on thoses at the PC room. Deli deli delcious
