      Of course it probably wasn’t staged, but he’s spent the last 15 years successfully peddling conspiracy theories, to the point that nobody believes anything in his life is true. Hoisted on his own petard.

      saying if his obviously fake 2nd shooting attempt didn’t happen then WW2 and the Holocaust didn’t happen is a really strange and deranged take.

      also he was found to have raped Jean Carroll. yes it was civil court and not criminal, but the judge clarified this in 2023, he DID in fact RAPE her.

      The most important part of this story is that so many ppl knee-jerk think Trump concocted the attack: pervasive mistrust. No successful political leader is this mistrusted. Or do I mean to say this hated? Either way, as a president he’s a failure because the ppl simply don’t trust or like him. Some still do, of course, but more and more these ppl look like fools.

      While Trump now uses this as an argument that the ballroom is really needed he strangely didn’t feel that necessity when he went to a TPUSA event.
