Young white men go for the blue collar jobs in manufacturing, construction and mining. Right now and most times there is strong demand for those skills. It is also why white as a race earns more money. Those are high paying jobs for the young men that choose to do it. You want a job and make 2 grand a week, show up and do the job.

Unless you live in a dying two horse town, there are always crap jobs available like fast food. Some people just refuse to take those jobs. There are also folks who just straight up refuse to work any job for any amount, they got their own thing going on
