    1. In November 2025, Iran’s president Pezeshkian announced that Tehran could no longer remain the capital of Iran: drought would soon make the city of 10 million people unlivable. *Scientific American* diagnosed Tehran’s plight as “a perfect storm of climate change and corruption”, citing Michael Rubin of the American Enterprise Institute.

Six months later, Tehran was experiencing record rainfall and snow, and dams were overflowing in other parts of the country.

That looks like a radar system. Reverse image search says it’s a PAVE PAWS-style or AN/FPS-132.

How does that feed into your theory of weather control?

The design looks like a modern day pyramid. I wonder if pyramids also contributed to weather modification.

    4. It seems like weather modification and other electromagnetic eco-warfare technology has existed for decades, refined more and more.

In 1997, Secretary of Defense William Cohen said at a DoD press briefing:

„Others are engaging even in an eco- type of terrorism whereby they can **alter the climate**, **set off** **earthquakes**, **volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves**.“

just some more iranian propoganda to cause further hate against usa/israel as if needed i much prefer the lego skits myself and of course scared ketchup !!!

      *  Iran has experienced weekly heavy precipitation, ***causing flooding in western areas*** and significant replenishment of water resources.
      * **Dam Conditions:** Source areas and reservoirs are at ***high, overflowing levels, forcing authorities to begin releasing water to manage capacity.***
      * <edit> Recent reports indicate that heavy rains have caused significant impacts, with intense downpours leading to flooding, infrastructure damage, and fatalities in various regions during April 2026.
      * **Dominican Republic (April 2026):** Heavy rains that began on April 6, 2026, and continued for several days resulted in the death of a young child and damaged thousands of homes. Over 30 cm (12 inches) of rain fell in under 24 hours in some areas, forcing evacuations and cutting off communities.
      * **Michigan & Wisconsin (April 2026):** Persistent, heavy rains in mid-April 2026, falling on top of a snowy March, caused flooding across Michigan and Wisconsin. The Muskegon and Grand Rivers in Michigan crested at moderate flood stages, affecting hundreds of homes.
      * **Illinois (April 2026):** The Fox River in Antioch, Illinois, reached high levels, flooding backyards, garages, and basements in late April 2026 before beginning to recede.
      * **Impact on Infrastructure:** Experts note that extreme, intensified downpours from climate change are testing aging infrastructure, including dams in the Great Lakes region.

    6. Arab countries are also harmed by the lack of rain.
I believe the US been doing it in secret since military geo-engineering is still classified

I have worked on many AN radars, X Band, K Band, Ka Band, S Band, you name it. They have no practical effect on weather. The only link between cloud seeding and radars is Doppler radars are used in determining what weather system is best for seeding, as it takes already existing weather patterns that contain relevant moisture for notable seeding effects.

Now UAE cloud seeding is a whole different story. They have actively been doing it for years. In fact over seeding more than likely lead to the widespread deadly flooding of UAE / Dubai in 24’. They use the exact same technique and technology we used in the late 60s / early 70s to flood out the Ho Chi Minh trail during Vietnam.

    8. on the other hand maybe heavy rains are not that good Anyone remembers operation POPEYE?

I’m pretty sure weather control in the ME is well-documented. I would have to imagine it could be used to cause harm. If they’re experimenting with how to make it rain where it never rains, then they almost certainly have or are trying to figure out how to weaponize it. I’m sure Iran has a similar program.

It’s all just a big game of Risk. If the world societal organization stays on this current trajectory, eventually, all of the continents will have to form continental unions. Israel, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE would like Iran’s influence to be gone from the region. These named countries will eventually become the defacto hegemonic leader of their region when it happens to unionize. And this will give them more power. It’s inevitable that the continents unionize and later form a world government or civilization collapses and we’ll have to try again in another thousand or so years.

If you give the government enough money then get this,

      Your government

      YOUR GOVERNMENT

      can change the weather

That is an Aegis radar platform. While I agree with weather manipulation. I don’t think those are the cause. They are what makes up our intercontinental ballistic missile defense system.

    12. Fortified007 on

There were very odd weather behaviour that pointed to weather manipulation, like snowing in turkey and suddenly ending at Iran’s borders. At the end, US made it too obvious as they dialed up the weather manipulation to finish Iran off

    13. ProAnalCyst on

Reminds me of it raining on Arrakis after the battle of Arrakeen in that OG Dube movie

    14. AleksZlovic on

What we’re witnessing is a bounce back to more normal conditions after the last 5 years of unusual drought. There is cloud seeding which is known about and used by Iran to increase their rainfall. There might be more credence to OP’s theory if rainfall of this magnitude continues to increase and persist over the next year or two, otherwise it’s a return to the Mean.

    15. Ok-Improvement-3072 on

This sounds fictional. You mean to tell me it was drought in those two old es but not the UAE, or any of the nearby countries?

    16. FocusGullible985 on

Its fairly easy for a country to force precipitatio from clouds, this is not a weapon or new technology.

    17. Yeah but:

“ HAARPis fake, and geoengineering isn’t real. “

      Said the lurking glow bot.

    18. calvinshobbss on

Non-popular possibility from my uneducated monkey brain, but couldn’t the marked increase in dust and smoke from the, ahem, explosive activity there have the effect of seeding the clouds resulting in a similarly marked increase in rainfall? I’m not sure how likely this is, and I’m excited to see how wrong I am so I can learn something today.

    19. YinuS_WinneR on

      Not a conspiracy

Gulf countries are cloud seeding. Its not scifi and its not a secret.

This triggers rain in clouds prematurely while they are in gulf, before winds could carry them somewhere else

When someone starts cloud seeding it robs other places the could would have flown of future rain
