      What a fun race!
      Adidas Evos are such a great shoe as well, doing lots of hard work setting records this year!

      Always thought marathon running is way more impressive than the 100m sprint.

      Marathon runners are quicker than what most of us sprint at full pelt for a few seconds. Yet they can do this for 26 miles straight.

      I watched both attempts by Eliud Kipchoge and was in awe. I didn’t think a real marathon race would be run so fast, so soon! Absolutely amazing!

      I really feel for Kejelcha though — can you imagine being told that you will be right there for the first sub-2hr marathon in full competitive conditions, that you will finish in 1:59:41 on your *debut* … but still come in *second*…?!

      Amazing achievement by both runners!!

      The fastest I’ve run a half marathon is 2:14:12, the absolute audacity to make me realise how slow i am compared to the elites
