If not for that brief glance showing that there’s actually light in the sky, I’d have presumed video was taken during the night.
I’m sure that there are NO “shelter in place” orders, no evacuation orders, and no air quality reports for local residents, because then the government would have to acknowledge that something’s wrong.
Don’t live downwind of oil refineries/depots or chemical plants in Russia, if you like having lungs that work properly.
