I’m concerned about this, I’m very anti Zionist but I think it’s impossible or dangerous to not see the rise of antisemitism. Seems far more acceptable to just say horrible shit about Jewish people now and it’s awful to see.

Almost seems like antisemitism is just cyclical at this point.

    2. In this thread: More people arguing about a country in another continent rather than the phenomenon here.

I understand why – there’s little to say about antisemitism here rather than ‚what a shame, how terrible‘, but at the same time, it’s not very reassuring that the conversations derail into ’should Israel have a right to exist‘ rather than the arson attacks this week, the burning of the volunteer ambulances a month ago, or the stabbings in a synagogue a few months back.

    3. All racism is bad and should be condemned, including racism against Jews. It’s that simple. Along with Romanis and travellers, Jews seem to be the group people have decided it’s basically fine to be racist against. It’s not.

I very much don’t support Israel, for what it’s worth.
