      Ah yes, because collecting cash, ensuring authenticity, having measures to not get it stolen and them bringing it to the bank is absolutely free.

      If you go completely cashless, you save on security or cash insurance, cash transport, time spent counting money and giving change etc…

      Card transaction fees should just be highly regulated so it’s cheaper in every situation.

      Also, nobody’s abolishing cash. Stop freaking out and/or take this to whatever sub they’re fussing about the gold standard on.

      That’s some bullshit conspiracy theory.

      A ton of businesses prefer or exclusively take digital. Handling cash is costly, often far more than digital.

      This video has such a false premise: that business handling of cash is free when it hits the bank, and everything associated with handling the cash (time, transport, security) is cost-free.
