A little further up this same road a car overtook me yesterday at extreme speed for no reason while I was driving the max speed limit and someone was coming on the opposite side of the road and nearly crashed. I caught the car later by chance and confronted the driver, an absolute braindead clown. No wonder people die on the road, and nothing is done about it.
Do go to the Police. The bike is a Yamaha MT-07 and at around 7000rpm in third gear he is probably doing 90-100kmh just at the start of the video in an agglomeration.
