1st one looks like placek ziemniaczany (potato pancake)
2nd one looks like something out of Georgian cuisine

First one looks like “Placek Ziemniaczany”, a kind of ground potato pancake – we have endless variations of this one.

Second and third pic seem like sour dough buns, stuffed with stewed meat and cheese which isn’t really a typical polish food but you can get in some bakeries/pubs/restaurants (in this case I would look for something named “Bułka Nadziewana” which translates to stuffed bun.

  3. everything you posted is polish, just maybe a bit more local/regional, therefore less common/popular. don’t worry about haters lol

First one is very traditional polish dish, but served in not so traditional way.
Second one – apparently some dish of eastern borderlands quisine. More of lithuanian think, maybe polish but only in some areas of Poland. Most of Poland won’t even know such thing exists.

First one looks like a hash brown. If you like those, you’d probably enjoy a placek po węgiersku (hungarian-style fritter), the second one idek what that is lol. But the closest thing would probably be a zapiekanka, these are pretty good in Kraków in the Kazimierz district if you ever go there

  6. The only term use for „Piecuchy” is a yeast dough baked dumpling with filling. My favourite are served in „Stary Młyn” restaurant.

Not sure why all the hate. Glad you enjoyed.

  7. Polish „Placek Ziemniaczany“ is with śmietana and sugar! The second one it’s not polish but still it’s delicious.
    Try „Żurek w chlebie“, „Bigos“ and „Kluski śląskie“
