      Could the government not issue a notice to Japanese paedophiles going overseas to rape children to just not?

      Kind of like what they did with Japanese potheads going overseas to smoke the devil’s lettuce a while back.

      Before some annoying person posts “this is normal in Japan” or some other bullshit, keep in mind that “white sexpat in Southeast Asia” is also a thing and no one will argue that this is normal in Europe or the US.
