      Some of the very allegations Kash Patel has slammed as “hit piece lies” in a bombshell report are now being undercut by his own $250 million defamation lawsuit.

      The FBI director, 45, has been scrambling to counter reporting from The Atlantic, which cited more than two dozen anonymous sources describing a drinking problem so severe it could “threaten national security,” as well as erratic, paranoid behavior.

      But the lawsuit, filed Monday, appears to confirm a key detail from Atlantic reporter Sarah Fitzpatrick’s story.

      Kash Patel is probably getting fired soon. And his lawsuit will go absolutely nowhere. For one, the Atlantic wasn’t lying and he knows it and they know it and everyone knows it.

      Also, Daily Beast headline writers, I think Kooky Kash would be a better addendum to his name than Keystone. It would make more sense, at least. Or Plastered Patel.

      To be fair, I can kinda understand the drinking. If I were as unqualified as he is for his position (no law enforcement experience, let alone FBI experience), I’d probably gravitate towards drinking my stress away too. Especially if I held grand conspiracy theories about the „deep state“, and it took being appointed director of the entire FBI to fully understand how big a fool I made of myself.

      5 to 10 years from now he likely will be talking about his fight with alcohol and how he bravely faced it alone.

      He’s bitter cause his girlfriend will dump him. He’ll be jobless with hundreds of well connected lifelong cops, that hate his guts for destroying their careers, messing up his chances for a kush cop gig somewhere. He won’t be able to live on a military base, or use the cool jet plane to get beers and take-out anymore. He will have to get an apartment like a regular schmook. It’s hard finding jobs you’re not qualified for.
