So ziemlich das, was im Video zu sehen ist.
Ich lebe hier seit 14 Jahren und kann es mir wirklich nicht leisten, umzuziehen. Ich stecke gerade mitten in einem autistischen Burnout, und wenn ich umziehen müsste, wäre das die absolute Hölle, denn die Lage dieses Ortes ist buchstäblich das Einzige, was es mir ermöglicht, zu funktionieren.
Was würde meine Régie tun? Soll ich sie informieren? Muss ich sie informieren?
("Standort, Standortstandort" wie sie sagen)

Doesn’t look like a big deal to me, but I’m not a civil engineer. Have the neighbours done any work?
If you inform the régie they might send someone to check, who will be able to tell whether that’s a structural issue or not. If it is, you’ll probably have to move, but moving beats getting crushed by the building collapsing on one’s head IMO. If it’s just aesthetic you can probably tell them you don’t care and they will be happy to do nothing and keep getting the paid the same for a deteriorating apartment.

Do you have elements dropping down? Or are you concerned about the cracks? And over what timeframe? For the moment I assume it’s about the cracks and those are older.
I am not sure about building safety standards but some cracks can happen over time. I’ve seen it happen. Especially in older buildings and with very insensitive neighbors stampeding around. But if it is concerning you need to report it to the regie for your own safety.
Are you a member of the renters association?
You can ask them these specific questions as well as what will follow and how to procede. Maybe they can tell you as well if those cracks are something to worry about.
