      Legitimate or not, once they had the political capital they had what they wanted, so there was no sense in pursuing it. Further investigation could have diminished the return, even. The Biden admin couldn’t say that it was a false flag, even if they had considerable evidence of it, solely because of the post truth world that Trump created. They’d have made things worse.

      Once he’s out of office it won’t matter. I bet we learn a lot of truth then.
