İ dont think putting more money into the most developed city already isnt that good of a move.

Lets redevelop Khankendi instead? Or other big but underdeveloped cities. Turn an oil-based economy into an industry based one.

The bulldozing of Baku’s history continues. Historical buildings dating back to the Middle Ages, which are formally under „state protection“ as „historically significant“ are now mercilessly destroyed to build more lavish malls and skyscrapers. Ultimately, this comes from the government’s nihilistic disregard for the city and seeing it merely as a venue to spend petrodollars with construction projects. They are trying so hard to turn Baku into a „Caspian Dubai“.
