Why are we as a society okay with this? Why are companies like this still in business?

Why is the US always so ludicrously evil? They don’t even bother to maintain the facade. There was always a market for evil.companies peddling their tools for unilateral violence and oppression. We had a tech demo at my office from them. And to describe their sales pitch as cartoonish evil is underselling it.
