Onone hand, there’s pressure toweaken Russia. On the other, decisions are made that could put billions back into its economy.
Zelenskyy points it out, but this isn’t new. Economic stability often wins over long-term strategy.
The interesting part isn’t the decision itself, but how often these opposing goals exist at the same time.
