are the variety in flammes purely decoratives or do they indicate the distinction between „damaged but could be repaired“ and „new addition to the underwater fleet“ ?
Ukraine needs to do something that grabs the news. Small win. Like the UK did in WW2. Limpet mines and SAS. Take the war to Russia. More troops to defend ships and less on the battlefield.

These two Ropucha class ships were also both hit on March 23, 2024, along with two other Ropuchas on that date. Maybe this strike will end up being three today.
