      People moaning about this as if this is a massive use of political capital 🙄. The law can literally be the following:

      **Abortion Conviction (cancellation) Act 2026**

      *“Section 1 — All convictions relating to criminalised Abortions, contrary to the Offences Against the Person Act 1861 and prior to the 1st of January 2026, are hereby vacated.“*

      Not exactly complicated political law-making is it?

    3. Cool, how about protecting abortion laws by writing them down in the Constitution, like the French ?
