This is Tigran Paskevichyan’s troubled film, now officially on Public TV’s YoutTube channel for everyone to see.

(P.S. haven’t watched it myself yet)
It’s interesting that people had a different accent in the 1980s than they do today, curious why that’s the case. In most old videos people sound different to me. For example at 29:30
