      Technically yes , practically no
      Unless he gets involved in a case where everyone around him gets caught and it’s so big it can’t be ignored but he is usually pretty careful.

      No. As a head of the executive and member of the legislative body, he has immunity. Parliament needs to vote to remove his immunity. He (as there’s no parliamentary party, just slavs) has 86 members, which counts for over 3/5 of the parliament. So, he’s going nowhere. Unfortunately…
