I had about 18 hours of genetics classes in college. I want to say 1/4 of the class was my genetics professors arguing with right-wingers who are religious and inherently racist, transphobic and homophobic. I feel like she got through to them by the end of the semester, but one can never tell what’s really going on in their heads. They seemed to relent to the facts in front of their face but they didn’t like it.
