Unless i’m sleeping, yes, it is a must have. I’m surprised they haven’t stopped serving it yet as the cheap bastards stopped serving free coffee on the flight.

Absolutely.
It is the protective drink, protecting your body from the adverse radiation effects of the advanced high-altitude displacement technology. Like you have the liquid in cryo-sleep tanks in space travel. This is similar technology for modern aircrafts.
