Speculation on dark matter and a ‚bouncing‘ universe.

This seems like it just combines primordial black holes with a cyclic universe hypothesis. Problem with this is both of those theories have substantial evidence against them and I don’t see how combining them solves any of that.
We’ve looked for black holes as dark matter and haven’t seen nearly enough gravitational lensing events to fit that hypothesis. They would need to be far smaller and more numerous than any theory can produce to be consistent with observations.
Then fit a cyclical universe there’s pretty good evidence that the universe is expanding at an accelerating rate. There’s no real theories that would cause that expansion to somehow reverse.

I’ve imagined multiverse theory as a heavy ply (5-35 before it breaks my head) absorbant paper towel. And black holes as single points of moisture/ink. The holes are not all on the surface, they „randomly“ happen on various layers. Then the expanding ever weakening spread across connecting fibers as dark matter. It’s „there“ yet isn’t, it doesn’t behave as the physics we understand because it isn’t „whole“ within our reality.
Then again, maybe everyone is completely wrong. I’ll keep reading until we know or I die.

Is there actually anything to suggest it could be true, or is this more along the lines of a lot of coughing followed by something to the tune of „bro, can you imagine if…“
