Die Niederlande werden im Juni das Minenbekämpfungsschiff der Alkmaar-Klasse (M314) an die Ukraine übergeben. Das Schiff wird den Namen „Henichesk“ tragen – zu Ehren eines ukrainischen Schiffes, das 2022 bei einem Kampfeinsatz in der Nähe der Kinburn-Nehrung verloren ging. Die Niederlande werden die Besatzung vollständig ausbilden und vorbereiten.

Together with the 2 corvettes that were build in Turkey and the 2 mine seekers donated by UK, this could be a nucleus of an Ukrainian navy.
The ships could be converted to drone carriers and intercept orcish shadow fleet tankers in international waters.

I wonder how it will get to ukraine, Turkey does not let warships pass into the Black Sea because of the Montreux convention. Sweden has donated 2 coast guard ships but over one year later it’s still not there.
