      Would an attack against these facilities be considered an act of aggression against NATO? I suspect if there were missiles involved, or drones…

      But in the case of saboteurs?

      (Implied in this question is that they were caught and it was proven they were foreign agents, and not just radicalized local citizens)

      4 years ago that would have been considered a scarier move than it is now. I’m not completely dismissing it, but actually I would believe the threat more from trump than putin
