some rules are just too strict. and roads in japan are too narrow and there will be more accidents. btw i wonder they came up with these rules in order to collect more money for missiles …

It’s interesting how riding doubles is a lesser fine than riding on the sidewalk. It would also be nice to see the politicians riding their bicycles and confirming to all the rules.
