Several analysts are saying Trump’s intent with the blockade was to get China to pressure Iran to cave. Interesting that China’s response is directly addressed at the US instead.

Also, why couldn’t a ship load up at Kharg island, pay the $2M yuan crypto toll, then stop in Kuwait, pay another $250k USD and load up a few barrels then take the North Iranian passage while telling the US they’re sailing from Kuwait?
