      > The plaintiff is seeking an unspecified amount of damages.

      They let him into Marmont but they wouldn’t let me in for a drink simply because I was wearing solid color, all cotton, 8-inch inseam shorts? Solidifies my opinion that Chateau Marmot is an over hyped trash bag these days.
