There’s ample of supply of „free“ energy. Either from the sun, or from the wind, or from water, or from the earth itself in form of heat.
We just need to use it. It’s cheap and efficient.
BUT, there’s a huge disadvantage: It would make us (a bit more) independent from oil and such. And certain parties cannot have that.
Don’t wait for the world. Just fucking do it. We can afford it and we could show the world that it’s possible. Solar, wind, water and battery storage.
