      Soooo many people have no idea how to park their bicycles in these things.

      Gonna play devil’s advocate, maybe the racks were full when they arrived, then everyone left, and he looks badly parked…

      Those tires are too wide to fit the rack. I know that problem, and it’s annoying as hell. Just fit slightly wider rails to these.
