Fairplay. At least one city in Ireland needs a 21st century skyline.
You’d think they’d add an extra metre or two to clear the Obel tower by more than a margin 😂 jokes aside I look forward to seeing it completed
More tall buildings needed, especially as apartment blocks! Enough with the „wHaT AbOuT tHe SkYlInE!?“ bollocks!
Is it apartments ???
State of it, looks like a big chimney.
The awld lads in Dublin council like keeping it low and sprawling out to cover the wider countryside in 2-3 story houses instead and causing traffic and flooding nightmares. Nice to see someone taking the lead
What Cork City skyline should look like if all goes to plan.

The street light is much taller than the building.
Not for long there’s another one at parkgate street in Dublin starting construction in the summer. Maybe a year max on top of the throne
Looks crooked
We won’t constantly bang on about it though.
Unless you’re from Dublin or Belfast.
